Leslie Valentino-Montero works with Carpenter & Zuckerman, one of the largest and most respected personal injury law firms in California, where she applies her extensive experience in legal operations. She is also the founder and CEO of Valentino Corporation, a business consulting firm specializing in strategic development and operations.
Leslie earned a degree in International Business Administration from San Martin University and is currently pursuing her Juris Doctor at California’s Monterey College of Law, further deepening her expertise in legal strategy and advocacy. Before launching her own business, she was a manager for a boutique personal injury law firm in the San Fernando Valley, where she gained extensive experience in legal operations, client advocacy, and brand positioning.
With a strong foundation in both business and law, Leslie has led research initiatives, investigative projects, and community-driven efforts. Her commitment to continuous growth, analytical precision, and strategic problem-solving make her a valuable asset to both her clients and the broader legal community.
Leslie currently hosts her own YouTube channel, sharing insights from her journey as a businesswoman.

My Backstory:
When I was 26, my world changed forever. My aunt, someone I loved dearly, became a victim of medical malpractice. Watching her suffer, I felt a deep sense of helplessness—until I decided to take action. I spent the next year tirelessly searching for answers, speaking with experts, and navigating the complexities of the legal system. That experience opened my eyes not only to the injustices that people face but also to the power of advocacy. It was in those moments that I truly found my calling: to stand up for people when they need it most.
Now, as a dedicated prospective lawyer, I bring that same passion and determination to every case I handle. I understand the emotional and financial toll legal battles can take because I’ve been on the other side of it. My mission is to provide not just legal expertise, but also the empathy and guidance that my clients deserve.
Amid the demands of my career, I strive for balance—because being at my best personally allows me to be at my best professionally. Whether it’s spending time with my family, staying active, exploring new foods, or immersing myself in art and the outdoors, I believe that a well-rounded life fuels a strong, focused mind. Growth is my motto, and I embrace variety as the spice of life.
